Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24hours and should reach you the next working day*, subjected to Singapore Post's efficiency. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Public Holidays.

If you would like to track your orders, Registered mail and SmartPac options at check out at an additional fee,

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. However, we will definitely inform you via email or telephone.
